Returns and Exchanges

 

In-Store Purchases are subject to the following terms:

1.    Products that have not been opened may be returned for a refund within 14 days.

2.    Products that have been opened or used may not be returned or exchanged.

3.    Hair Hut Studio Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may be used at a later time.

4.    All deposits made towards future are non-refundable but can be used towards future visits.

5.    When using a promotional gift, you will be asked to provide your name and address if we do not already have it in our system.

Hair and Salon Services are subject to the following terms:

1.    There are no refunds for salon hair services.

2.    We guarantee our hair services for 7 days after the service has been performed. During this time, we will correct any challenges that you may have with a style or color.

3.    We reserve the right to request full payment for services in advance from a guest.
